The West Side Eagles (Greers Ferry, AR) baseball the visiting Viola Longhorns (Viola, AR), 14-10 in Thursday's league challenge.

The Eagles now own a 7-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Taylor for a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 15. West Side will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 6-2 non-league win over Junction City (Junction City, AR). The Tigers record now stands at 2-2.

With the defeat, Viola drops to 2-1 on the year. The Longhorns host Concord (Concord, AR) to clash with the Pirates in a 1A Region 2 challenge on Monday, March 17.
