The Vanguard Academy Knights volleyball squad (West Valley City, UT), was defeated 3-0 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Salt Lake Academy Griffins (Herriman, UT)

With the win, Salt Lake Academy improves its record to 1-1 on the season. The Griffins host Dugway (Dugway, UT) to encounter the Mustangs in a non-league battle on Tuesday, March 18. The Mustangs go into the battle with a record of 0-0.

The Knights now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Utah Military Academy - Camp Williams for a battle on Thursday, March 20.
