In Thursday's league challenge, the host Redondo Union Sea Hawks volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Peninsula Panthers.

The Sea Hawks (10-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Mira Costa (Manhattan Beach, CA). The Mustangs come into the Bay challenge with a 17-1 record. In their last challenge, Mira Costa beat South (Torrance, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.
