South Carolina High School Soccer - North Augusta knocks off Airport
March 13, 2025: West Columbia, SC 29170 The North Augusta Yellow Jackets soccer squad scored 3 points and held the host Airport Eagles to 0 in the Yellow Jackets league victory on Thursday.
The Yellow Jackets now hold a 3-0 record. They play next when they travel to Brookland-Cayce for a bout on Friday, March 14. North Augusta will play a Bearcats squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Dreher (Columbia, SC). The Bearcats record now stands at 2-2.
With the loss, Airport moves to 1-2 on the year. The Eagles host Midland Valley (Graniteville, SC) to play the Mustangs in a bout on Friday, March 14. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 1-1. Midland Valley won 5-2 in their recent league bout against Gilbert (Gilbert, SC)
