Maryland High School Lacrosse - Ponte Vedra drops to The Heights
March 13, 2025: Potomac, MD 20854 The Heights (Potomac, MD) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they saw their lacrosse team overcome the visiting Ponte Vedra Sharks (Ponte Vedra, FL), 11-3 in a non-league game.
With the victory, The Heights advances its record to 2-0 on the season. The travel to Norfolk Academy (Norfolk, VA) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league game on Saturday, March 15. The Bulldogs come into the game with a record of 0-1. Norfolk Academy lost 8-6 in their recent non-league game against Saint James (Hagerstown, MD)
The Sharks now sport a 9-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gonzaga for a non-league game on Saturday, March 15. Ponte Vedra will play a Eagles team coming off a 9-4 non-league loss to McDonogh (Owings Mills, MD). The Eagles record now stands at 0-2.
