The Sayre Spartans lacrosse squad scored 15 points and limited the host Ryle Raiders to 9 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Spartans now hold a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Scott County for a non-league contest on Thursday, March 20.

Next, the Raiders meet the Great Crossing (Georgetown, KY) in a non-league contest, on Friday, March 14. Ryle will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record. The enter the contest with a 1-1 record after their 13-10 non-league win over Paul Laurence Dunbar (Lexington, KY).
