Virginia High School Lacrosse - Virginia Academy drops to Trinity Christian
March 13, 2025: Ashburn, VA 20147 Trinity Christian Gryphons (Fairfax, VA) backers exited the stadium satisfied Thursday as they saw their lacrosse team top the host Virginia Academy Patriots (Ashburn, VA), 16-4 in a league game.
With the victory, Trinity Christian improves its record to 2-0 on the season. The Gryphons travel to Seton (Manassas, VA) to play the Conquistadors in a Virginia Christian Athletic game on Tuesday, March 25. The Conquistadors come into the game with a record of 1-1.
The Patriots now have a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bishop O'Connell for a non-league game on Tuesday, March 18. Virginia Academy will play a Knights team coming off a 21-0 non-league loss to Gonzaga (Washington, DC). The Knights record now stands at 4-1.
