March 13, 2025: Snellville, GA 30078 South Gwinnett Comets (Snellville, GA) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Discovery Titans (Lawrenceville, GA), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, South Gwinnett advances its record to 4-6 on the campaign. The Comets host Archer (Lawrenceville, GA) to clash with the Tigers in a 6A Area 4 test on Tuesday, March 18. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 10-0. Archer won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Collins Hill (Suwanee, GA)
The Titans now have a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mill Creek for a 7A Area 8 test on Tuesday, March 18. Discovery will clash with a Hawks team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over North Oconee (Bogart, GA). The Hawks record now stands at 3-4.
