Texas High School Softball - Trinity Christian bounces New Home
March 13, 2025: Lubbock, TX 79413 The Trinity Christian Lions softball team scored 9 runs and held the visiting New Home Leopards to 0 in the Lions non-league win on Thursday.
The Lions now sport a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Southwest Christian School for a TAPPS Division II District 1 battle on Friday, March 21. Trinity Christian will encounter a Eagles team coming off a 8-6 non-league win over Cisco (Cisco, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 11-2.
With the loss, New Home moves to 2-5 on the season. The Leopards travel to Tahoka (Tahoka, TX) to encounter the Bulldogs in a 2A Region I District 4 battle on Friday, March 14. The Bulldogs come into the battle with a record of 4-6. Tahoka won 12-7 in their recent non-league battle against New Deal (New Deal, TX)
