March 14, 2023: Richmond, VA 23238 Spectators at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Benedictine Cadets (Richmond, VA) and the visiting Miller School of Albemarle Mavericks (Charlottesville, VA), saw Benedictine's baseball squad knock off Miller School of Albemarle by a count of 5-2.
Coming up next, the Cadets play the Collegiate Cougars (Richmond, VA) in a non-league battle, on Friday, March 17. Benedictine will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record. The Cougars enter the battle with a 2-0 record after their 9-1 non-league win over Flint Hill (Oakton, VA).
The Mavericks now possess a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Carlisle for a VISAA Virginia Independent battle on Thursday, March 16.
