Mineola Yellowjackets (Mineola, TX) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the host Chapel Hill Red Devils (Mount Pleasant, TX), 4-3 in a league test.

With the win, Mineola upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The Yellowjackets travel to Winnsboro (Winnsboro, TX) to battle the Raiders in a 3A Region II District 13 test on Friday, March 24. The Raiders come into the test with a record of 12-8.

With the defeat, Chapel Hill falls to 1-6 on the season. The Red devils host Quitman (Quitman, TX) to battle the Bulldogs in a 3A Region II District 13 test on Wednesday, March 15.
