March 14, 2023: Lutcher, LA 70071 Spectators at Tuesday's non-league battle between the St. Charles Catholic Comets (LaPlace, LA) and the host Lutcher Bulldogs (Lutcher, LA), saw St. Charles Catholic's baseball squad beat Lutcher by a margin of 8-2.
Coming up next, the Comets play the St. Pius X Panthers (Houston, TX) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, March 16. St. Charles Catholic will attempt to better on its 9-4 season record. The Panthers enter the battle with a 3-0 record after their 13-0 non-league win over Pasadena (Pasadena, TX).
The Bulldogs now sport a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they host Dutchtown for a non-league battle on Friday, March 17. Lutcher will play a Griffins squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Acadiana (Lafayette, LA). The Griffins record now stands at 14-2.
