Texas High School Baseball - Winona loses to Winnsboro
March 14, 2023: Winnsboro, TX 75494 The Winnsboro Raiders crushed the visiting Winona Wildcats baseball team by a tally of 11-0 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Raiders now hold a 12-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Harmony for a 3A Region II District 13 bout on Friday, March 17. Winnsboro will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 7-6 non-league loss to New Diana (Diana, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 0-3.
The Wildcats (0-5) will now prepare for their game against Chapel Hill (Mount Pleasant, TX). The Red Devils go into the 3A Region II District 13 game with a 1-7 record.
