March 14, 2023: Thornton, CO 80229 The Thornton Trojans smashed the visiting Lincoln Cardinals soccer squad by a margin of 9-1 in Tuesday's non-league match.
The Trojans now sport a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Frederick for a non-league match on Thursday, March 16. Thornton will encounter a Golden Eagles squad coming off a 7-0 non-league loss to Mead (Longmont, CO). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 1-1.
With the loss, Lincoln drops to 0-1 on the season.
