March 14, 2023: Charlotte, NC 28205 In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Chambers Cougars (Charlotte, NC) softball team overwhelmed the host Garinger Wildcats (Charlotte, NC), by a margin of 28-4.
With the triumph, Chambers moves its record to 1-3 on the year. The Cougars host Hopewell (Huntersville, NC) to play the Titans in a Queen City 3A/4A contest on Thursday, March 16. The Titans come into the contest with a record of 2-3. Hopewell won 21-11 in their recent league contest against West Charlotte (Charlotte, NC)
In their next game, the Wildcats play the Berry Cardinal (Charlotte, NC) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, March 22. Garinger will attempt to improve on its 1-4 season record.
