March 14, 2024: Wheeling, WV 26003 Spectators at Thursday's league battle between the Linsly Cadets (Wheeling, WV) and the visiting Brooke Bruins (Wellsburg, WV), saw Linsly's baseball squad knock off Brooke by a count of 7-1.
Coming up next, the Cadets play the Parkersburg South Patriots (Parkersburg, WV) in a Two Rivers battle, on Monday, March 18. Linsly will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Patriots enter the battle with a 0-1 record after their 18-1 league loss to Morgantown (Morgantown, WV).
The Bruins now possess a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Morgantown for a non-league battle on Wednesday, April 3.
