In Thursday's non-league challenge, the Casteel Colts (Queen Creek, AZ) baseball squad triumphed over the host Saguaro Sabercats (Scottsdale, AZ), by a margin of 21-4.

With the win, Casteel betters its record to 7-1 on the season. The Colts travel to Chaparral (Scottsdale, AZ) to encounter the Firebirds in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 15. The Firebirds come into the challenge with a record of 6-3. Chaparral won 5-4 in their recent non-league challenge against Corona del Sol (Tempe, AZ)

With the defeat, Saguaro falls to 9-3 on the season. The Sabercats travel to Desert Mountain (Scottsdale, AZ) to encounter the Wolves in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 19. The Wolves come into the challenge with a record of 5-4. Desert Mountain won 10-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Millennium (Goodyear, AZ)
