Montgomery Central Timberwolves (Troy, NC) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Forest Hills Yellow Jackets (Marshville, NC), 11-8 in a non-league test.

With the win, Montgomery Central upgrades its record to 1-5 on the season. The Timberwolves travel to North Davidson (Lexington, NC) to battle the Black Knights in a non-league test on Tuesday, March 19. The Black Knights come into the test with a record of 3-2.
