Virginia High School Soccer - Jefferson Forest knocks off Staunton River
March 14, 2024: Forest, VA 24551 Jefferson Forest Cavaliers (Forest, VA) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Staunton River Golden Eagles (Moneta, VA), 5-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Cavaliers face the Heritage Pioneers (Lynchburg, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, March 26. Jefferson Forest will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record.
The Golden Eagles now have a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Bassett for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 19.
