Alabama High School Soccer - Sylacauga nudges Marbury
March 14, 2024: Marbury, AL 36022 Sylacauga Aggies (Sylacauga, AL) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Marbury Bulldogs (Marbury, AL), 4-3 in a league challenge.
Next, the Aggies face the Elmore County Panthers (Eclectic, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, April 2. Sylacauga will attempt to better on its 10-1 season record.
The Bulldogs now have a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Holtville for a 5A Area 4 challenge on Tuesday, March 19. Marbury will face a Bulldogs team coming off a 5-1 league loss to Demopolis (Demopolis, AL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-8.
