March 14, 2025: LaFayette, GA 30728 The LaFayette Ramblers (LaFayette, GA) baseball got by the visiting Calhoun Yellow Jackets (Calhoun, GA), 2-1 in Friday's league challenge.
The Ramblers now own a 7-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Gilmer for a AAA Region 7 challenge on Tuesday, March 18. LaFayette will clash with a Bobcats team coming off a 7-4 league win over Adairsville (Adairsville, GA). The Bobcats record now stands at 5-8.
With the defeat, Calhoun drops to 8-8 on the year. The Yellow jackets host Dalton (Dalton, GA) to clash with the Catamounts in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 15.
