March 14, 2025: Huntersville, NC 28078

The Lake Norman Charter Knights (Huntersville, NC) baseball trounced the visiting Central Cabarrus Vikings (Concord, NC), 10-1 in Friday's league challenge.

The Knights now own a 6-0 record. They take the field next when they host East Rowan for a South Piedmont 3A challenge on Tuesday, March 18. Lake Norman Charter will clash with a Mustangs team coming off a 10-0 league win over South Rowan (China Grove, NC). The Mustangs record now stands at 7-2.

With the defeat, Central Cabarrus drops to 2-5 on the year. The Vikings travel to Northwest Cabarrus (Concord, NC) to clash with the Trojans in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 15. The Trojans go into the challenge with a record of 2-5. Northwest Cabarrus lost 10-6 in their recent league challenge against Lake Norman Charter (Huntersville, NC)
