The crowd at Friday's league battle between the Clover Blue Eagles (Clover, SC) and the visiting Rock Hill Bearcats (Rock Hill, SC), saw Clover's baseball team gain a win over Rock Hill by a tally of 8-4.

The Blue Eagles (5-2) will now prepare for their battle against Fort Mill (Fort Mill, SC). The Yellow Jackets enter the 5A Region 3 battle with a 4-2 record. In their last battle, Fort Mill was overwhelmed by Catawba Ridge (Fort Mill, SC), 6-4, in a league battle.

Next, the Bearcats face the Indian Land Warriors (Fort Mill, SC) in a 5A Region 3 battle, on Monday, March 17. Rock Hill will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record. The Warriors enter the battle with a 5-0 record after their 11-1 non-league win over Pro Stock Royals Academy (Charlotte, NC).
