The crowd at Friday's non-league battle between the Crystal Springs Uplands Gryphons (Hillsborough, CA) and the host Design Tech Dragons (Redwood City, CA), saw Crystal Springs Uplands's baseball team gain a win over Design Tech by a tally of 2-0.

The Gryphons (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against Mission (San Francisco, CA). The Bears enter the non-league battle with a 1-3 record.

Next, the Dragons face the Pacific Bay Christian Eagles (Pacifica, CA) in a PSAL battle, on Tuesday, March 18. Design Tech will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record.
