In Friday's non-league test, the New Bern Bears (New Bern, NC) lacrosse team overwhelmed the visiting Millbrook Wildcats (Raleigh, NC), by a count of 13-8.

Next up, the Bears battle the Croatan Cougars (Newport, NC) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, March 18. New Bern will attempt to move on its 6-1 season record. The Cougars enter the test with a 3-4 record after their 18-14 non-league win over Wakefield (Raleigh, NC).
