Georgia High School Lacrosse - McEachern drops to Woodward Academy
March 14, 2025: Powder Springs, GA 30127 Woodward Academy War Eagles (College Park, GA) backers exited the stadium satisfied Friday as they saw their lacrosse team top the host McEachern Indians (Powder Springs, GA), 17-1 in a non-league game.
With the victory, Woodward Academy improves its record to 4-3 on the season. The War Eagles travel to Northgate (Newnan, GA) to play the Vikings in a 2A Area 5 game on Monday, March 17. The Vikings come into the game with a record of 6-2. Northgate won 12-7 in their recent non-league game against Greenbrier (Evans, GA)
The Indians now have a 1-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dalton for a non-league game on Monday, March 17. McEachern will play a Catamounts team coming off a 15-2 league loss to Walker (Marietta, GA). The Catamounts record now stands at 4-3.
