March 14, 2025: Martinez, GA 30907 In Friday's league test, the Augusta Christian Lions (Martinez, GA) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Cardinal Newman Cardinals (Columbia, SC), by a tally of 14-4.
Next, the Lions meet the Hammond Skyhawks (Columbia, SC) in a SCISA AAAA Region I test, on Tuesday, March 18. Augusta Christian will attempt to advance on its 4-1 season record. The Skyhawks go into the test with a 1-2 record after their 18-1 non-league win over Wardlaw Academy (Johnston, SC).
The Cardinals (1-2) will now prepare for their test against Providence Athletic Club (Columbia, SC). The Panthers go into the non-league test with a 8-1 record.
