Georgia High School Soccer - West Hall knocks off Gilmer
March 15, 2024: Oakwood, GA 30566 West Hall Spartans (Oakwood, GA) fans were thrilled Friday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Gilmer Bobcats (Ellijay, GA), 3-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Spartans confront the Lumpkin County Indians (Dahlonega, GA) in a 3A Area 7 challenge, on Wednesday, March 20. West Hall will attempt to better on its 4-7 season record. The Indians enter the challenge with a 3-4 record after their 2-0 league loss to Dawson County (Dawsonville, GA).
The Bobcats now have a 3-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Adairsville for a non-league challenge on Monday, March 18. Gilmer will confront a Tigers team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Bremen (Bremen, GA). The Tigers record now stands at 3-4.
