In Saturday's non-league game, the host Elizabeth Forward Warriors baseball team scored a close 8-6 win over the Lower Merion Aces.

The Warriors (1-0) will now prepare for their game against Arvada West (Arvada, CO). The Wildcats go into the non-league game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, Arvada West nudged Grandview (Aurora, CO), 6-5, in a non-league game.
