March 15, 2025: Cedar Park, TX 78613 The Georgetown Eagles (Georgetown, TX) softball the host Vista Ridge Rangers (Cedar Park, TX), 5-1 in Saturday's non-league outing.
The Eagles now sport a 11-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Weiss for a 5A Region III District 23 outing on Monday, March 17. Georgetown will encounter a Wolves team coming off a 11-0 non-league loss to Lake Belton (Temple, TX). The Wolves record now stands at 8-9.
With the loss, Vista Ridge moves to 6-7 on the season. The Rangers travel to Stony Point (Round Rock, TX) to encounter the Tigers in a 6A Region IV District 25 outing on Monday, March 17. The Tigers come into the outing with a record of 11-4. Stony Point won 14-0 in their recent league outing against McNeil (Austin, TX)
