March 16, 2023: Macon, GA 31210 The Academy for Classical Education Gryphons crushed the visiting Kendrick Cherokees baseball team by a count of 17-0 in Thursday's league bout.
The Gryphons now possess a 8-7 record. They take the field next when they host Mount de Sales Academy for a non-league bout on Monday, March 20. Academy for Classical Education will face a Cavaliers team coming off a 11-7 league win over Stratford Academy (Macon, GA). The Cavaliers record now stands at 11-3.
Next, the Cherokees face the Northeast Raiders (Macon, GA) in a 2A Area 2 bout, on Tuesday, March 21. Kendrick will attempt to move on its 1-9 season record. The Raiders enter the bout with a 1-6 record after their 14-11 league win over Central (Macon, GA).
