March 16, 2023: Englewood, FL 34224 Spectators at Thursday's non-league battle between the Fort Myers Green Wave (Fort Myers, FL) and the host Lemon Bay Manta Rays (Englewood, FL), saw Fort Myers's baseball team achieve victory over Lemon Bay by a tally of 12-1.
The Green Wave (9-4) will now prepare for their match against IMG Academy (Bradenton, FL). The Ascenders go into the non-league match with a 3-3 record. In their last match, IMG Academy gained a win over Lakeland (Lakeland, FL), 3-1, in a non-league match.
