Gonzaga Eagles (Washington, DC) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the visiting McLean Highlanders (McLean, VA), 4-3 in a league test.

With the win, Gonzaga upgrades its record to 1-2 on the season. The Eagles travel to DeMatha (Hyattsville, MD) to battle the Stags in a test on Monday, March 20. The Stags come into the test with a record of 0-0.
