March 16, 2023: New London, NC 28127 The North Stanly Comets baseball team scored 8 runs and limited the visiting Gray Stone Day Knights to 1 in the Comets non-league victory on Thursday.
The Comets (2-2) will now prepare for their match against South Stanly (Norwood, NC). The Rowdy Rebel Bulls go into the non-league match with a 3-4 record. In their last match, South Stanly tipped Mount Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant, NC), 12-8, in a non-league match.
The Knights (0-1) will now prepare for their match against Robinson (Concord, NC). The Bulldogs go into the non-league match with a 3-4 record.
