The Myers Park Mustangs triumphed over the visiting South Mecklenburg Sabres lacrosse team by a score of 16-3 in Thursday's league match.

With the win, Myers Park upgrades its record to 4-3 on the season. The Mustangs host T.C. Roberson (Asheville, NC) to play the Rams in a non-league match on Saturday, March 18. The Rams go into the match with a record of 6-1. T.C. Roberson won 17-3 in their recent league match against Watauga (Boone, NC)

With the defeat, South Mecklenburg drops to 2-4 on the season. The Sabres host South Iredell (Statesville, NC) to play the Vikings in a non-league match on Friday, March 17.
