Alabama High School Softball - White Plains bounces Glencoe
March 16, 2023: Glencoe, AL 35905 The White Plains Wildcats routed the host Glencoe Yellowjackets softball squad by a final score of 8-1 in Thursday's non-league battle.
The Wildcats (6-3) will now prepare for their battle against Munford (Munford, AL). The Lions go into the non-league battle with a 3-1 record. In their last battle, Munford nudged Fayetteville (Sylacauga, AL), 8-0, in a non-league battle.
The Yellowjackets now possess a 2-4 record. They play next when they host Ohatchee for a 3A Area 11 battle on Tuesday, March 21. Glencoe will meet a Indians squad coming off a 7-4 non-league loss to Boaz (Boaz, AL). The Indians record now stands at 12-4.
