Louisiana High School Softball - Acadiana bounces Rosepine
March 16, 2024: Rosepine, LA 70659 Acadiana Rams (Lafayette, LA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Rosepine Eagles (Rosepine, LA), 7-3 in a non-league challenge.
The Rams now sport a 5-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to Kinder for a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 16. Acadiana will face a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 12-1 league win over Jennings (Jennings, LA). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 15-1.
With the loss, Rosepine falls to 10-7 on the campaign. The Eagles host Beau Chene (Arnaudville, LA) to face the Gators in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 16. The Gators enter the challenge with a record of 9-7.
