Orangeville Broncos (Orangeville, IL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Amboy Clippers (Amboy, IL), 10-3 in a non-league challenge.

The Broncos now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Stockton for a non-league challenge on Monday, March 18.

With the loss, Amboy falls to 2-2 on the campaign. The Clippers travel to Pecatonica (Pecatonica, IL) to battle the Indians in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 19. The Indians enter the challenge with a record of 0-3. Pecatonica lost 10-4 in their recent non-league challenge against Jefferson (Rockford, IL)
