Louisiana High School Softball - Archbishop Hannan bounces Hammond
March 16, 2024: Hammond, LA 70401 The Archbishop Hannan Hawks routed the host Hammond Tornadoes softball squad by a count of 17-0 in Saturday's non-league battle.
The Hawks (15-4) will now prepare for their battle against Pearl River (Pearl River, LA). The Rebels go into the 4A District 8 battle with a 3-13 record. In their last battle, Pearl River topped St. Martin's Episcopal (Metairie, LA), 15-0, in a non-league battle.
The Tornadoes now sport a 2-10 record. They play next when they travel to Salmen for a non-league battle on Monday, March 18. Hammond will meet a Spartans squad coming off a 19-7 league loss to St. Scholastica (Covington, LA). The Spartans record now stands at 1-11.
