Louisiana High School Softball - Beau Chene bounces Rosepine
March 16, 2024: Rosepine, LA 70659 Spectators at Saturday's non-league match between the Beau Chene Gators (Arnaudville, LA) and the host Rosepine Eagles (Rosepine, LA), witnessed Beau Chene's softball squad prevail over Rosepine by a count of 11-1.
The Gators now sport a 10-8 record. They play next when they travel to Sam Houston for a non-league match on Saturday, March 16. Beau Chene will meet a Broncos squad coming off a 6-1 non-league loss to Live Oak (Watson, LA). The Broncos record now stands at 7-10.
With the loss, Rosepine moves to 10-7 on the season. The Eagles host Avoyelles (Moreauville, LA) to meet the Mustangs in a 2A District 4 match on Tuesday, March 19. The Mustangs go into the match with a record of 9-7. Avoyelles won 17-0 in their recent non-league match against Peabody (Alexandria, LA)
