South Carolina High School Softball - Pee Dee Academy nudges Lewisville
March 16, 2024: Mullins, SC 29574 Pee Dee Academy Eagles (Mullins, SC) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Lewisville Lions (Richburg, SC), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Eagles now sport a 3-0 record. They play next when they travel to Laurence Manning Academy for a non-league match on Thursday, March 21. Pee Dee Academy will face a Swampcats squad coming off a 16-0 league win over Northwood Academy (Charleston, SC). The Swampcats record now stands at 6-1.
With the loss, Lewisville moves to 6-2 on the season. The Lions host McBee (McBee, SC) to face the Panthers in a A Region 3 match on Tuesday, March 19. The Panthers go into the match with a record of 1-2. McBee won 10-0 in their recent league match against Great Falls (Great Falls, SC)
