The Mary Star of the Sea Stars softball team scored 7 runs and limited the host Riverside Prep Silver Knights to 0 in the Stars non-league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Mary Star of the Sea improves its record to 4-8 on the year. The Stars host St. Anthony (Long Beach, CA) to clash with the Saints in a Del Rey game on Tuesday, March 19. The Saints come into the game with a record of 9-8. St. Anthony lost 12-2 in their recent league game against St. Paul (Santa Fe Springs, CA)
