Oregon High School Baseball - Cascade loses to Blanchet Catholic
March 17, 2023: Salem, OR 97301 The Blanchet Catholic Cavaliers crushed the visiting Cascade Cougars baseball team by a count of 12-3 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Cavaliers now possess a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Central Linn for a 2A/1A-SD3 Special District 3 bout on Monday, March 20. Blanchet Catholic will face a Cobras team coming off a 9-3 non-league win over Oakland (Oakland, OR). The Cobras record now stands at 2-0.
Next, the Cougars face the Neah-Kah-Nie Pirates (Rockaway Beach, OR) in a non-league bout, on Monday, March 27. Cascade will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Pirates enter the bout with a 2-0 record after their 8-1 non-league win over Parkrose (Portland, OR).
