March 17, 2023: York, SC 29745 The crowd at Friday's league test between the Northwestern Trojans (Rock Hill, SC) and the host York Cougars (York, SC), saw Northwestern's soccer squad knock off York by a count of 2-0.
The Trojans now hold a 6-4 record. They play next when they host South Pointe for a AAAA Region 3 test on Monday, March 20.
With the loss, York drops to 2-4 on the season. The Cougars host Lancaster (Lancaster, SC) to meet the Bruins in a AAAA Region 3 test on Tuesday, March 21. The Bruins come into the test with a record of 4-6. Lancaster lost 4-0 in their recent league test against Catawba Ridge (Fort Mill, SC)
