March 17, 2025: Marmaduke, AR 72443 The crowd at Monday's league battle between the Buffalo Island Central Mustangs (Monette, AR) and the host Marmaduke Greyhounds (Marmaduke, AR), saw Buffalo Island Central's baseball team gain a win over Marmaduke by a tally of 20-0.
The Mustangs (3-2) will now prepare for their battle against Armorel (Armorel, AR). The Tigers enter the non-league battle with a 5-1 record. In their last battle, Armorel prevailed over Rector (Rector, AR), 17-2, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Greyhounds face the Riverside Rebels (Lake City, AR) in a 2A Region 3 battle, on Thursday, March 20. Marmaduke will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Rebels enter the battle with a 7-1 record after their 7-6 non-league win over Wynne (Wynne, AR).
