Oklahoma High School Baseball - Pioneer-Pleasant Vale defeats Covington-Douglas
March 17, 2025: Waukomis, OK 73773 The Pioneer-Pleasant Vale Mustangs baseball team scored 11 runs and held the visiting Covington-Douglas Wildcats to 3 in the Mustangs league win on Monday.
The Mustangs now hold a 5-0 record. They take the field next when they host Lomega for a non-league test on Tuesday, March 18. Pioneer-Pleasant Vale will play a Raiders team coming off a 15-0 non-league win over Cherokee (Cherokee, OK). The Raiders record now stands at 2-1.
With the defeat, Covington-Douglas drops to 6-2 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Dover (Dover, OK) to play the Longhorns in a Skeltur test on Tuesday, March 18. The Longhorns go into the test with a record of 3-3.
