March 17, 2025: Quicksburg, VA 22847 The Stonewall Jackson Generals (Quicksburg, VA) baseball trounced the visiting Harrisonburg Blue Streaks (Harrisonburg, VA), 15-5 in Monday's non-league challenge.
The Generals now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Riverheads for a non-league challenge on Monday, March 24. Stonewall Jackson will clash with a Gladiators team coming off a 9-5 non-league win over Central Woodstock (Woodstock, VA). The Gladiators record now stands at 1-0.
With the defeat, Harrisonburg drops to 0-1 on the year. The Blue streaks travel to Western Albemarle (Crozet, VA) to clash with the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 21. The Warriors go into the challenge with a record of 0-1. Western Albemarle lost 7-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Spotswood (Penn Laird, VA)
