The Piedmont Community Charter Patriots baseball squad (Gastonia, NC), was overwhelmed 19-0 in Monday's non-league contest with the visiting Highland Tech Rams (Gastonia, NC)

With the triumph, Highland Tech moves its record to 3-5 on the season. The Rams host Shelby (Shelby, NC) to confront the Golden Lions in a Southern Piedmont 1A/2A contest on Tuesday, March 18. The Golden Lions come into the contest with a record of 1-6. Shelby lost 10-2 in their recent league contest against Cherryville (Cherryville, NC)

The Patriots now possess a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ambassador Christian School for a non-league contest on Wednesday, March 19.
