The Haughton Buccaneers (Haughton, LA) softball routed the visiting Cedar Creek Cougars (Ruston, LA), 7-0 in Monday's non-league outing.

The Buccaneers now sport a 7-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Evangel Christian Academy for a non-league outing on Tuesday, March 18. Haughton will encounter a Eagles team coming off a 14-2 non-league loss to Calvary Baptist Academy (Shreveport, LA). The Eagles record now stands at 8-8.
