In Monday's non-league match, the visiting Juan Diego Catholic Soaring Eagle softball team scored a nice 21-6 victory over the Corner Canyon Chargers.

The Soaring Eagle (5-3) will now prepare for their match against Ben Lomond (Ogden, UT). The Scots go into the non-league match with a 0-0 record.

In their next game, the Chargers battle the Herriman Mustangs (West Herriman, UT) in a 6A Region 2 match, on Tuesday, March 18. Corner Canyon will attempt to better on its 2-3 season record. The Mustangs go into the match with a 4-5 record after their 6-0 non-league loss to Davis (Kaysville, UT).
